Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT professional for a Business Systems Analyst role focused on advancing supply chain capabilities through Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS.

The role emphasizes collaboration across business and IT teams to deliver transformative solutions, leveraging Cloud, AI, and modern analytics within Oracle Fusion environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as Oracle Applications Supply Chain Techno Functional Analyst with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing modules.
• 2+ years of implementing Oracle Fusion applications with PaaS extensions on Oracle APEX, Autonomous DB, etc.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative solutions as part of a major transformation program including Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
• Partner with IT leads and vendors to implement solutions in supply chain areas.
• Extend and enhance Supply Chain applications including On-prem Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Job Description

As a Business Systems analyst, you will work with business and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions as part of our major transformation program that includes major initiatives in Oracle Fusion Cloud Modules including Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing and Transportation/ Logistics areas. You will partner with IT leads and vendors for implementing solutions in various supply chain areas.

Basic Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as Oracle Applications Supply Chain Techno Functional Analyst with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management Manufacturing modules.
• Highly desired 2+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion applications with PaaS extensions on Oracle APEX, Autonomous DB etc.
• Create functional design and technical specifications to extend and enhance Supply Chain applications including On-prem Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion cloud.
• Experience working in agile scrum methodologies to deliver projects and enhancements.
• Exposure to Oracle On-prem or Cloud Trade and Transportation Planning modules is a plus.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion AI studio and Agentic AI is a plus
• Hands-on experience with the latest digital technologies like Robotic process automation, ChatBots, AI/ML is an added advantage.
