Job Summary

We are looking for an Oracle SCM Techno‑Functional Consultant with strong production support experience across Oracle Supply Chain modules.

The role involves L2/L3 support, incident management, functional issue resolution, data fixes, and collaboration with technical teams to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities: Functional Support

• Provide end‑to‑end support for Oracle SCM modules including: Order Management (OM), Inventory Management (INV), Purchasing (PO), Shipping Execution, Advanced Pricing (preferred).
• Handle production issues (L2/L3), including root cause analysis and resolution.
• Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle SCM functionality.
• Resolve issues related to: Sales orders, shipping, invoicing; Procurement, receiving, approvals; Inventory transactions and costing; Manufacturing transactions.
• Perform data analysis and reconciliation for business-critical issues.
• Coordinate with business users for issue clarification, testing, and closure.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and SOP updates.

Techno‑Functional / Technical Support

• Work closely with technical teams.
• Write and execute SQL queries / PL‑SQL scripts for: Data validation, Issue analysis, Data fixes (with approvals).
• Support and monitor interfaces (Inbound/Outbound) with third‑party systems.
• Validate code fixes, patches, and enhancements in test and production environments.
• Support Oracle standard and custom reports.

Support & Operations

• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
• Meet SLA commitments and provide timely resolution.
• Assist with production cutovers, deployments, and post‑deployment validation.
• Provide on‑call or shift support as required.
