Job summary

Path Infotech Ltd. invites an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to deliver production support and ongoing improvement for an existing Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM deployment. You will resolve functional issues, manage service requests, and drive enhancements post go-live.

The role focuses on Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Product Hub, and Cost Management with responsibility for incident triage, RCA, and SLA adherence. You will also train users and document processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM support/implementation.
• Strong functional expertise in Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Product Hub, Cost Management.
• Prior AMS/support experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing tools.
• Understanding of SLA, incident/problem/change management processes.
• FBDI data corrections understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Product Hub, Cost Management).
• Log, triage, and resolve incidents/tickets within SLAs using ITSM tools.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.
• Handle minor enhancements, configuration changes, and change requests after handover (CRs).
• Coordinate with Oracle Support (SRs) for bugs, patches, and quarterly updates.
• Analyze impact of quarterly patches/updates on configurations and processes.
• Support month-end/quarter-end/year-end SCM processing activities.
• Maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct regression testing after patches/updates or config changes.
• Collaborate with technical teams for interface failures, data issues, and integration monitoring.
• Provide end-user support, training refreshers, and issue resolution guidance.
• Participate in on-call rotational support as per support model.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in an AMS/support role (not just implementation) is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with ticketing tools
• Working knowledge of SLA management and incident/problem/change management processes
• Understanding of FBDI for data corrections, if needed
• Ability to read/interpret system logs and diagnose functional vs. technical issues
• Good understanding of upstream/downstream integrations with Finance, HCM, or third-party systems
