Job summary

Sopra Steria Group in India is seeking an Oracle SCM-Procurement Functional Analyst to join our ERP practice. The role focuses on P2P and O2C processes within Oracle EBS R12.2, delivering functional design, configuration, testing, and production support across AMS projects.

You will gather requirements, prepare FDDs, coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW artifacts, and provide L2/L3 support while ensuring data flow between SCM and Finance modules.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years hands-on Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12.2) experience in AMS, support, or implementation.
• Strong functional expertise in Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
• Experience with requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment.
• FDDs preparation and coordination with technical teams for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
• L2/L3 support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), change requests, and SR management.
• Knowledge of APIs, Interfaces, and data flow across SCM modules; P2P and O2C integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional ERP support across Oracle SCM modules and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Drive requirement gathering, design reviews, and functional testing aligned with business processes.
• Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW artifacts and ensure smooth deployment and production support.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12.2) across AMS, Support, or Implementation projects
• Strong functional expertise in Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supplier Data Hub (SDH), Customer Data Hub (CDH), and Service Contracts (preferred)
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support
• Hands‑on experience in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and coordinating with technical teams for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW)
• Strong experience in L2/L3 support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), change requests, and Oracle Service Request (SR) management
• Good understanding of Oracle APIs, Interfaces, Concurrent Programs, and data flow across Oracle EBS SCM modules
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and integration between SCM and Finance modules
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
