Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking an experienced Oracle E‑Business Suite professional to join our India delivery team. The role focuses on hands‑on EBS R12.2 across AMS, Support, or Implementation projects, with strong emphasis on P2P, O2C, and SCM‑Finance integrations.

You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver integrations and RICEFW components. The candidate should have 6–8 years of relevant experience, be adept at L2/L3 support, incident management, RCA, and

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12.2) across AMS, Support, or Implementation projects.
• Strong functional expertise in Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supplier Data Hub (SDH), Customer Data Hub (CDH), and Service Contracts (preferred).
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Hands‑on experience in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and coordinating with technical teams for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Strong experience in L2/L3 support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), change requests, and Oracle Service Request (SR) management.
• Good understanding of Oracle APIs, Interfaces, Concurrent Programs, and data flow across Oracle EBS SCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and integration between SCM and Finance modules.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support and incident management for Oracle EBS.
• Perform requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis and solution design.
• Configure, test, UAT, deploy and support RICEFW components.
• Coordinate with technical teams on reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms and workflows.
