• 6–8 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) across AMS, Support, or Implementation projects
• Strong functional expertise in Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supplier Data Hub (SDH), Customer Data Hub (CDH), and Service Contracts (preferred)
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support
• Hands‑on experience in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and coordinating with technical teams for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW)
• Strong experience in L2/L3 support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), change requests, and Oracle Service Request (SR) management
• Good understanding of Oracle APIs, Interfaces, Concurrent Programs, and data flow across Oracle EBS SCM modules
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and integration between SCM and Finance modules
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
