Enrich And Enlight Business Consulting seeks an Oracle Recruitment Module Support Analyst SME with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Recruitment/ORC. You will manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes, resolve production issues, and coordinate with HR and cross‑functional teams to sustain recruitment operations.

Responsibilities include level‑2 support, incident management, testing patches, and maintaining documentation while ensuring SLAs and data integrity for global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience supporting the Oracle Recruitment module or Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition lifecycle, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, application processing, interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding integration, and hiring workflows.
• Experience managing production support, incident management, and service requests using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud security roles and recruitment‑related business processes.
• Ability to analyze functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and support teams.
• Willingness to work in a night shift.

Oracle Recruitment Module Support Analyst SME BPO3

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Recruitment Module Support Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in Oracle Recruitment/Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) support. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and experience of providing production support by managing and resolving recruitment-related tickets. This role requires working closely with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and continuous support for recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 functional support for the Oracle Recruitment module/Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
