Job summary

Conneqtion Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Functional Consultant with 3-5 years of Oracle PPM experience to lead functional workstreams. The role focuses on strong Project Accounting knowledge and hands-on Oracle Fusion PPM implementation, configuration, testing, and support.

Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Functional Consultant with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle PPM/Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Project Accounting and hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PPM implementation, configuration, testing, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations and support engagements.
• Should have exposure to at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementation.
• Strong functional experience in Project Accounting, including:
  • Project Foundation
  • Project Costing
  • Project Billing
• Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare fit-gap analysis.
• Perform Oracle Fusion PPM configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including:
  • Functional Specifications
  • Setup/Configuration Documents
  • SIT/UAT Test Scripts
  • Training Materials
• Work closely with technical teams for master data and transactional data migration/loading.
• Coordinate with business users and stakeholders during SIT, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
• Have a good understanding of Subledger Accounting (SLA) and its integration with Project Accounting.
• Support defect resolution and provide functional solutions within agreed timelines.
• Manage multiple activities and work effectively with clients in a fast-paced project environment.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle PPM.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
• Strong knowledge of Project Accounting is mandatory.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementation is preferred/required.
• Good understanding of Project Foundation, Project Costing, and Project Billing.
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and user training.
• Good understanding of Oracle SLA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight project deadlines.

Preferred

• Exposure to Oracle R12 PPM in addition to Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
• Experience working with data migration/loading teams.
• Experience supporting UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
