Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a highly skilled Senior PeopleSoft Developer with deep FSCM expertise (Billing & Project Costing) and strong Salesforce integration experience. The role covers end-to-end development, enhancements, integrations, and production support, aligned with enterprise architecture.

You will lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust financial processes and seamless data exchange with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuring and maintaining PeopleSoft FSCM modules, especially Billing & Project Costing.
• Strong collaboration with Salesforce teams for integration projects.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end development and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enhancements in PeopleSoft FSCM (Billing & Project Costing).
• Develop components using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface; SQR, BI Publisher, COBOL; Integration Broker, Application Packages.
• Configure and support Billing & Project Costing: Invoice generation, revenue recognition; Contracts to Billing integration; Project costing allocations and pricing.
• Design and implement integrations between PeopleSoft and Salesforce: REST APIs, Integration Broker interfaces; inbound/outbound data sync.
• Perform impact analysis, code reviews, and ensure adherence to PeopleSoft best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Optimize performance of Application Engine programs, SQL queries, and interfaces.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and Salesforce teams.
