Job summary

Cerebra in Hyderabad, India seeks an experienced Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Developer to design, develop, and optimize Billing and Project Costing modules.

You will work with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and REST integrations with Salesforce, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with architects.

Requires 10+ years of experience with strong FSCM O2C knowledge; ESA experience and excellent communication are a plus. On-site role in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of PeopleSoft development experience.
• Strong understanding of FSCM Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience with Enterprise Services Automation (ESA) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
• Design, develop, and implement enhancements in PeopleSoft FSCM Billing & Project Costing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enhancements in PeopleSoft FSCM Billing & Project Costing.
• Configure and support Billing & Project Costing processes including: Invoice Generation, Revenue Recognition, Contracts-to-Billing Integration, Project Costing Allocation, Rate Sets & Pricing.
• Design and implement PeopleSoft–Salesforce integrations using REST APIs and Integration Broker.
• Manage inbound/outbound financial and customer data synchronization.
• Perform impact analysis, code reviews, and ensure adherence to PeopleSoft best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Optimize Application Engine programs, SQL queries, and interfaces.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and Salesforce teams.
