Qualifications

• Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM experience with strong business process knowledge and technical development within PeopleSoft.
• Proficient in FSCM modules: GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Inventory, Asset Management, eProcurement, Order Management.
• Experience in delivering design documents, configuration, and integrations within PeopleSoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate into functional/technical solutions in PeopleSoft FSCM.
• Develop and support PeopleSoft objects using PeopleTools technologies.
• Create design documents (FDD/TDD) and ensure successful deployment and support.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate should possess a balanced mix of functional business process knowledge and technical development capabilities within the PeopleSoft ecosystem. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver enhancements, support business-critical processes, and participate in implementation and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within the PeopleSoft FSCM environment.
• Work extensively on FSCM modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing, Inventory, Asset Management, eProcurement, and Order Management.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), Solution Design Documents, and other project artifacts.
• Perform system analysis, fit-gap analysis, configuration, customization, and enhancement activities.
• Develop and support PeopleSoft objects using PeopleTools technologies.
• Work on Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, Application Packages, and Fluid pages.
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and external applications.
• Support data migration, reporting, interface development, and batch processing activities.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, UAT cycles, deployment activities, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with business users and global stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and provide scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects across the PeopleSoft FSCM landscape.
