Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group seeks a senior Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting specialist with 10+ years of experience to implement HP and E/PBCS, lead solution builds and guide project teams.

The role requires strong technical knowledge in planning processes, integration using FDMEE/ODI, and travel to GCC countries as needed. Onsite in India with willingness for short/long-term assignments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead HP/EPM implementation projects and guide project teams.
• Develop planning forms, metadata builds, and validations.
• Configure integrations with EPM/Hyperion using FDMEE/ODI.
• Create project documents: test scripts, configuration docs, manuals.
• Ensure understanding of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage knowledge transfer and handover to clients.

Job description

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)
• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS
• Lead the solution build and guide the project team
• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.
• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process
• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management
• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

BTech or MCA by qualification

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.
• Confident and assertive
• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries
• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
