Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group seeks a seasoned Oracle Hyperion Planning & Budgeting professional to lead end-to-end HP/EPCBS deployments. The role requires deep technical know-how, strong communication, and the ability to guide project teams through complex planning and forecasting solutions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of hands-on experience, multiple end-to-end implementations, and willingness to travel to GCC countries as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).
• 6+ successful end-to-end HP and E/PBCS implementations.
• Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
• Strong technical knowledge on Application Creation, metadata, planning form development, rules, integration, workflow and security configuration.

• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.
• Oversee planning, budgeting and forecasting processes from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)


• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS


• Lead the solution build and guide the project team


• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.


• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process


• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management


• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

Qualifications

BTech or MCA by qualification

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
