Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a skilled HR systems consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, ORC, and related modules. You will configure, implement, and support HCM solutions, translating business requirements into effective configurations and ensuring smooth integrations across HR processes.

The role requires strong stakeholder communication and the ability to manage HR business processes end-to-end within the Oracle suite.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Experience configuring and supporting HCM solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional configurations.
• Understanding of end-to-end HR processes and integrations.
