Tekskills Inc. seeks a skilled HR systems professional with hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience to implement and support HCM configurations that align with client HR processes.

Responsibilities include configuring Oracle modules, translating business needs into functional designs, and ensuring seamless integration across HR systems with strong stakeholder communication.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and related tools.
• Experience configuring, implementing and supporting HCM solutions for business needs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional HR solutions.
• Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and integrations between HCM modules.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud and related modules for clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design functional solutions.
• Assist in the integration of HR processes across HCM modules and systems.
• Provide ongoing documentation, testing, and user support for HR configurations.

• Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and integration between HCM modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
