Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks an experienced HR/Oracle HCM specialist to shape and support cloud HR processes. You will configure and implement HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration across core HR functions and reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, ORC, and performance/goal management, with a strong emphasis on delivering practical, business-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Oracle Goal Management, Performance Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience in configuration, implementation, and support of HCM modules.
• Ability to understand business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and integration between HCM modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
