Job summary

HCM Tech in India seeks an expert HCM Cloud specialist with practitioner-level skills across HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, REST Web services and Fast Formula. The role requires deep knowledge of at least two HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absences, Benefits, Payroll and more, with focus on delivering client solutions.

Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and direct client interaction experience are advantages for this position.

Qualifications

• Practitioner level knowledge in at least two tools from HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, REST Web services, Fast Formula.
• In depth knowledge in at least two HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absences, Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Compensation, OTL, Taleo, OLC, Oracle recruit).
