Job summary

Hexaware Technologies seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud specialist to lead design and delivery of cloud HR solutions. You will craft complex HDL-based integrations, develop HCM extracts, and build REST APIs for seamless partner connections.

You’ll also create BI Publisher reports and OTBI analyses, mentor junior developers, and enforce performance and security standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of HDL-based integrations and data extracts.
• Ability to design REST APIs for third-party system integration.
• Proficient in BI Publisher reports and OTBI analyses.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and enforcing code quality.
