Title: Oracle EBS Functional Lead

Location: Gurugram, India

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Note: Candidates with notice period Immediate to 30 days will be considered for this role

Responsibilities:

• Act as a functional SME for Oracle EBS Financials and SCM modules.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS modules including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Project Accounting (PA), Property Manager (PM), AGIS (Advanced Global Intercompany System), and Purchasing (PO).
• Work closely with technical teams to support customizations, reports, and integrations.
• Lead functional testing (SIT, UAT), prepare documentation, and conduct user training.
• Participate in month-end/year-end closing processes and ensure financial integrity in transactions.
• Provide post-production support and continuous improvements based on evolving business needs.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of Oracle EBS functional consulting experience (not end-user roles).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.6 or higher.
• Deep functional knowledge across Financials and Procurement modules.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and integration across modules.
• Experience with functional documentation, solution design, and client-facing delivery.
• Ability to lead workshops and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with multi-country/global implementations.
• Knowledge of BI Publisher, FSG, and other Oracle reporting tools.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials is a plus.
• Oracle certification(s) preferred.
