Mastek Limited in India is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations in US Payroll, Absence Management, and Fast Formula modules. The role requires 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in functional HR systems.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, document specifications, perform testing, and support cutovers and UAT, collaborating with global teams to deliver compliant payroll and absence processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM US Payroll modules.
• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation for US Payroll and Absence Management.
• Design and optimize Fast Formulas for complex payroll calculations and accruals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Perform system testing, UAT, and support cutover activities during go-live.

Job Summary

Senior Consultant-Oracle specializing in HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - US Payroll (Functional), HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional), and HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Fast Formula (Functional). Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 9 Years.

Key Responsibilities

HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - US Payroll (Functional), HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional) Senior Consultant-Oracle.
Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM US Payroll modules, ensuring compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations.
Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation for US Payroll, Absence Management, and Fast Formula components.
Design, build, and optimize Fast Formulas to support complex payroll calculations, eligibility rules, and absence accruals.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Perform system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll and absence processes.
Troubleshoot payroll and absence-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
Support payroll parallel runs, year-end activities, and cutover for new implementations or enhancements.
Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration related to US Payroll and Absence Management.
Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
Contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle Fusion HCM practice.

Qualifications and Skills

Hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - US Payroll.
Hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Absence Management.
Practical experience in designing and maintaining Oracle Fusion Fast Formulas for payroll and absence.
Good understanding of US payroll processes, tax rules, garnishments, and statutory reporting.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM security, roles, and approvals related to payroll and absence.
Oracle Fusion HCM certifications in Payroll or Absence Management are an added advantage.
