Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Help Desk to join our team in India. The candidate will work on Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk implementations, configuration, and post-production support, collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders to optimize HR service delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Help Desk, end-to-end implementation exposure, and strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk experience.
• At least 1 end-to-end Oracle HCM Help Desk implementation is mandatory.
• Good understanding of HR business processes and cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk solutions per business requirements.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, translate needs into solutions.
• Configure offerings, categories, queues, assignment rules, service requests, and related features.
• Collaborate with HR/business teams to optimize HR service delivery processes.
• Support integrations with other Oracle HCM modules and third-party apps.
• Prepare functional specs, config docs, test scenarios, and user guides.
• Conduct SIT/UAT and support defect resolution.
• Provide post-production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

Experience: 4-8 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Help Desk to join our team. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in the Oracle HCM Help Desk module and must have worked on at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM Help Desk implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk solutions based on business requirements.
• Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Configure Help Desk offerings, categories, queues, assignment rules, service requests, and related functionalities.
• Work with HR/Business teams to understand and optimize HR service delivery processes.
• Support integrations with other Oracle HCM modules and third-party applications.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides.
• Conduct SIT/UAT and support defect resolution.
• Provide post-production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud - Help Desk.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end Oracle HCM Help Desk implementation is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and HR business processes.
• Experience in configuration, testing, and production support.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Core HR, Absence, ORC, Payroll, or other Oracle HCM modules.
• Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and reporting.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM REST/SOAP APIs and OTBI/BIP.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification will be an added advantage.

Note: Candidates without hands-on Oracle HCM Help Desk implementation experience will not be considered.
