Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group in India is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and enhancements of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and a strong understanding of HR business processes.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL, and perform end-to-end implementation

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL.
• Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT.
• Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
• Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (e.g., GCC, India, UK).

• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL
• Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM
• Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT
• Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs
• Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (e.g., GCC, India, UK)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
• Understanding of HR processes and policies
• Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus
• Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred
