Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Architect to lead end-to-end SCM implementations and enhancements across multiple modules.

You will translate requirements into designs, configure modules, and guide integrations with development teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, and monitoring releases to enable new features.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience of end-to-end Oracle supply chain processes.
• 5+ years hands on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM cloud modules.
• Proven experience in large-scale global Oracle SCM projects.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering and executive levels.
• Proficient with AI-supported coding tools and adopting an AI-first approach.
