Job summary

Mobily Infotech is seeking a Sr Fusion SCM Lead Consultant for a Hybrid role in Bengaluru. The candidate will drive end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations across P2P, O2C, Inventory, and Costing, and manage integrations with Finance and HR modules. Strong data analytics, dashboards, and stakeholder management are essential.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in SCM with a minimum 5+ years in Fusion, and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion APIs, OIC, and Redwood.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SCM implementation and development, with 5+ years in Fusion required.
• Strong hands-on Oracle SCM Cloud experience including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Cost Management, Pricing, and Accounting.
• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management and Cost Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SCM ERP implementations: requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go-Live support.
• Translate complex business processes into scalable ERP solutions.
• Coordinate integration points between SCM and Finance, HR, and third-party products; ensure seamless data flow.

Summary: 8+ Years of Exp in SCM Implementation and Development (5+ Years Fusion Exp mandatory)

Job Description:

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM (Cloud), including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, , Supplier Management, Sourcing, Cost Management,Pricing, Accounting.

In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management and Cost Management.

Competency required out 10, Order management (>9), Inventory Management (>9), Integrations and design capability (>8), SQL/Reports/API calls (>7), Redwood (>6), Purchasing (>7), PDH (>7), Sourcing (>5),SSP (>7), Demand and Supply planning (>5),Costing (>8)

• Very Strong Experience in end-to-end SCM ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go-Live support.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
• Knowledge of integration points between supply chain modules and other ERP modules such as Finance, HR,3rd Party products.
• Experience in reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain performance and analytics
• Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, BI reporting tools (OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ), and Excel-based analytics. Have understanding of the API’s and how to call the same. Should have redwood implementation experience. Should have implemented 2-3 Complex Integrations involving OIC, 3rd part Service Provider and Oracle Fusion.
• Ability to conduct workshops, end-user training, and prepare functional documentation. Train the team and guide them .
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement
• Awareness of project management methodologies, ERP governance, and compliance requirements
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
