Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Oracle Fusion PPM implementation experience at a client location.
• Deep knowledge of Fusion PPM modules: Project Financial Management and Project Execution Management.
• Certified on Oracle PPM Cloud modules.
• Experience in global delivery and managing PPM functions in large organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with client-facing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Aid consulting team through problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment.
• Create requirement specifications, define to-be processes and detailed functional designs.
• Configure solution requirements on Oracle PPM products; diagnose issues and propose alternatives.
• Lead delivery reviews and oversight of engagements with business-process components.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives delivering high-value solutions.

Job description

PPM Consultant

• At least 2 years of Oracle implementation experience with end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion PPM at a client location
• Good understanding of latest industry trends in PPM related business processes and practices.
• Deep product understanding of all Fusion PPM modules (Project Financial Management, Project Execution Management)
• Domain experience of managing the PPM function of a large organization would be an added advantage
• Experienced in working in a global delivery model
• Combination of mentoring, solution architecting, business pursuit, operations, and delivery management
• Will be responsible for regular delivery reviews and oversight of engagements that have business processes as critical components
• Good negotiation skills with the internal as well as external stakeholders
• Certified on Oracle PPM Cloud modules
• Strong conceptual knowledge in P2P, R2R, O2C and A2R cycle
• Rapid prototyping experience
• Experience in RICEW design and delivery.
• Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
• One or two industry domain knowledge

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment
• You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs
• You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
• You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives
• You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
