Job summary

InfoBeans is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Lead to drive end-to-end payroll implementations, leveraging deep expertise in US/UK/global payroll and a strong technical grasp of payroll design, configuration, and integration.

You will lead deliverables, design core payroll functionalities, manage data loads and integrations, and maintain clear stakeholder communication across multinational projects with IGOs, the UN, and NGOs.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
• Proven track record as Payroll Lead in at least two end-to-end implementations.
• Strong domain expertise in US Payroll, UK Payroll, or Global/Core Payroll operations.
• Sound technical understanding of Payroll Flows, Fast Formulae, Integrations, Payment Files, and Data Loads.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
