Job summary

Aanseacore is seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Lead with strong functional leadership and hands-on configuration expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. The role focuses on Payroll and ORC, with deep implementation experience across Core HR and Talent modules, including Saudi/GCC localization.

Lead end-to-end implementations, mentor team members, and engage with stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HCM experience across Core HR / Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Lead functional discussions and mentor team members.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and reporting.
• Strong ORC end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Extensive direct customer-facing experience including workshops and requirements gathering.
• End-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations from As-Is to post Go-Live support.
• Knowledge of Saudi / GCC localization, payroll, statutory, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in Core HR including enterprise structures and employee lifecycle management.
• Exposure to Absence Management, Goals & Performance, and Learning Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations from requirements to post Go-Live support.
• Act as functional owner for Payroll and ORC modules.
• Conduct workshops, analyze requirements, and drive functional design sessions.
• Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion HCM modules per business needs.
• Manage data migration using HDL.
• Design and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards.
• Configure security roles, data access, workflows, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi/GCC localization requirements.
• Support UAT, production issues, and system enhancements.

The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in Payroll and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), along with solid implementation exposure across Core HR and Talent modules, including Saudi/GCC localization.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• 10+ years of HCM experience across Core HR / Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead functional discussions and mentor team members.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll, including configuration, statutory compliance, payroll processing, and reporting.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), covering end-to-end recruitment lifecycle configuration and business process alignment.
• Extensive experience in direct customer-facing roles, including requirement gathering, functional workshops, and solution walkthroughs.
• Proven expertise in delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, from As-Is analysis through post Go-Live support.
• Strong working knowledge of Saudi / GCC localization, including payroll, statutory, and compliance requirements.
• Good implementation experience in Core HR, including enterprise structures, workforce structures, and employee lifecycle management.
• Solid functional exposure to Absence Management, including leave plans, accruals, and eligibility profiles.
• Experience with Goals and Performance Management, including goal plans and performance document configuration.
• Working knowledge of Compensation Management, including compensation plans, eligibility, and budgeting.
• Experience in Profile Management, including Talent Profiles and Job Profiles configuration.
• Good hands-on exposure to Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
• Experience in Succession Planning and talent review processes.
• Working knowledge of Learning Management module configuration.
• Experience in OTBI reporting, including creation of standard and custom reports.
• Hands-on experience in Data Migration and Data Load activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Experience in Security configuration, including roles, privileges, and data security policies.
• Experience configuring Workflows and approval rules across HCM modules.
