Job summary

bTranz Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant for Hyderabad with 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud. You will implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM modules, working closely with HR teams to optimize HR processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, Absence
• Graduation or MBA required
• Strong abilities in data migration and system integration
• Proven capability in gathering requirements and translating into Oracle HCM functionalities
• Experience in creating functional docs and user training
• Experience interacting with clients and presenting solutions

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Collaborate with HR & business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Conduct workshops, user training, and UAT.
• Prepare functional specs, process docs, and reports.
• Assist with data migration, integrations, and upgrades.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance.
• Travel to Saudi Arabia for onsite project support as needed
