Job summary

bTranz is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to lead implementation and configuration across Core HR, Payroll, and Absence modules. The role requires 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud expertise and close collaboration with HR teams to optimize HR processes.

You will conduct workshops, train users, and create documentation while supporting data migration and system upgrades. Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia for onsite support is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA with focus on HR or IT.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Experience in data migration and system integration projects.

Responsibilities
