Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence).
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to translate requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for Oracle HCM applications.
• Conduct workshops, training, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare functional specs, process docs, and reports.
• Assist data migration, integrations, and system upgrades.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance.
• Travel to Saudi Arabia for onsite project support as required.
