Job summary

bTranz Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. You will work with HR teams to optimize processes, configure Core HR, Payroll, and Absence modules, and ensure smooth data migration and integration with other systems.

The role is full-time and on-site in Hyderabad, with travel to Saudi Arabia for onsite project support. A Graduation or MBA is preferred, and you will provide functional documentation, training, and user

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience in Core HR, Payroll and Absence modules.
• Experience in data migration and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Provide support and resolve issues in Oracle HCM apps.
• Conduct workshops, training, and UAT.
• Prepare specifications, processes, and reports.
• Assist data migration, integrations, and upgrades.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance.
• Travel to Saudi Arabia for onsite project support.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM modules and working closely with HR teams to optimize HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll and Absence Management.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Oracle HCM applications.
• Conduct functional workshops, user training, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and reports.
• Support data migration, integration with other systems, and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
• Travel to Saudi Arabia as required for onsite project support and stakeholder collaboration.
