Job summary

Pracyva Consulting Services in Bhubaneswar seeks an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with 4-12 years of experience to lead and support Fusion HCM implementations. You will work on Core HR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, ORC, and Talent Management, with hands-on work in HDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BIP Reports.

Excellent client handling and communication skills are required. Responsibilities include security, roles and workflows in Fusion HCM and delivering 1–2 end-to-end implementations on-site in

Qualifications

• Experience in Fusion HCM implementations, support or upgrade projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, ORC, Talent Management.
• Expertise in Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports and Approvals.
• Knowledge of security, roles and workflows in Fusion HCM.
• Must have involvement in at least 1-2 end-to-end implementations.
