Job summary

Ingrain Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Lead in Hyderabad to drive implementation and stabilization across multiple modules including Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, AP, GL, Cash Management, HCM and AR.

The role involves gathering requirements, designing scalable ERP solutions, and guiding fit-gap, FUT and UAT activities. You will configure applications, support integrations (FBDI, REST/SOAP, OIC), data migration, and ensure SOX/audit compliance within large enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, AP, GL, Cash Management, HCM, AR).
• Experience with at least 2 full lifecycles of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience in large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to SOX controls, audit compliance, and financial reconciliation.
• Experience working in agile delivery models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation and production stabilization activities across Oracle cloud ERP modules.
• Conduct business requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solution.
• Configure Oracle Cloud ERP applications based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Support solution design, fit-gap analysis, FUT and UAT testing, deployment, production support activities.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, FUT test scenarios and process flows.
• Work closely with engineering team on FBDI, REST/SOAP, OIC integrations, Reporting and data migration activities.
• Support data conversion, reconciliation and validation activities.
• Collaborate with other enterprise system teams to support integration with upstream and downstream applications.
