Job summary

IBU seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud PPM and FAH/AHCS. The role focuses on configuring project costing, project billing, and project financial management with strong emphasis on SLA rule design and subledger accounting transformations.

You will drive requirements, perform gap analyses, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations and successful go-lives across complex enterprise

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of functional consulting experience in Oracle ERP including hands-on lifecycle implementation exposure to Oracle Cloud PPM/Project Financials.
• Proven expertise configuring and supporting FAH/AHCS and SLA rules.
• Strong mastery of Project Costing and Project Billing business flows.
• Experience conducting SIT, UAT, and cutover in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end functional delivery across Oracle Cloud PPM modules (Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Financial Management).
• Configure and validate FAH/AHCS and SLA rules to support integrations.
• Lead requirement workshops, gap analyses, and translate processes into scalable setups.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define integration touchpoints with Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Author FDDs, test scripts, and runbooks; support SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live activities.

Job Title: Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH/AHCS). The ideal consultant brings deep functional domain expertise across project costing, billing, and complex subledger accounting transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Drive end-to-end functional delivery across Oracle Cloud PPM modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Financial Management (PFM).
• - Configure, maintain, and validate rules within Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH / AHCS) and Subledger Accounting (SLA) to support upstream operational system integrations.
• - Lead requirement-gathering workshops, conduct gap analyses, and translate business processes into scalable application setups.
• - Collaborate with technical teams to define integration touchpoints between third-party systems and Oracle Cloud Financials.
• - Author functional design documents (FDDs), test scripts, and operational runbooks.
• - Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitate cutover and go-live activities.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• - 6 to 9 years of functional consulting experience in Oracle ERP, with hands‑on lifecycle implementation exposure to Oracle Cloud PPM / Project Financials.
• - Proven expertise in configuring and supporting Financial Accounting Hub (FAH / AHCS) and Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules.
• - Strong functional mastery of Project Costing and Project Billing business flows.
• - Demonstrated experience conducting SIT, UAT, and cutover execution in complex enterprise environments.
• - Excellent stakeholder management, client‑facing consulting presence, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Hands‑on exposure to adjacent Oracle Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable).
• - Familiarity with OTBI, BIP reporting parameters, and project contract management setups.
• - Experience delivering in large consulting environments or global delivery models.
