Job summary

LetitbexAI is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Implementation Consultant to support our enterprise-wide finance transformation. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end implementations across Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and HCM, with hands-on design, configuration and testing.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams, manage data migration, integrations (FBDI, REST/SOAP, OIC), and contribute to production stabilization in large, SOX-compliant environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience.
• Hands-on implementation across Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and HCM.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, design and testing.
• Experience with data migration, integrations and production stabilization.
• Exposure to SOX controls and audit-compliant environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation and production stabilization across Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
• Conduct business requirement sessions and translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Configure Oracle Cloud ERP applications per requirements and best practices.
• Support design, fit-gap analysis, FUT and UAT testing, deployment and support.
• Prepare design docs, configuration docs, FUT test scenarios and flows.
• Collaborate with engineering on FBDI, REST/SOAP, OIC integrations and data migration.
• Support data conversion, reconciliation and validation activities.
• Work with enterprise teams to enable integration with upstream/downstream apps.

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Implementation Consultant to support our enterprise-wide finance transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise across Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and HCM modules, with proven experience in end-to-end implementation, solution design, business processes transformation, testing, integration design and production stabilization.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA teams, 3rd party vendors and enterprise architecture teams to deliver scalable and compliant Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, while working as part of product management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation and production stabilization activities across Oracle cloud ERP modules including Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, General ledger, Cash Management, HCM and AR modules.
• Conduct business requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solution.
• Configure Oracle Cloud ERP applications based on business requirements and industry's best practices.
• Support solution design, fit-gap analysis, FUT and UAT testing, deployment, production support activities.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, FUT test scenarios and process flows.
• Work closely with engineering team on FBDI, REST/SOAP, OIC integrations, Reporting and data migration activities.
• Support data conversion, reconciliation and validation activities.
• Collaborate with other enterprise system teams to support integration with upstream and downstream applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience.
• Strong functional expertise in Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, General ledger, Cash Management, HCM and AR modules.
• Experience with at least 2 full lifecycles of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to SOX controls, audit compliance, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Experience working in agile delivery models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
