Job summary

Keste is seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant to guide clients through all phases of Oracle Cloud Financials implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple modules and a track record from three or more end-to-end implementations.

The role involves consulting with clients, collaborating with project teams, refining requirements, and leading CRP, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production support to ensure a successful deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Oracle Functional consultant with at least 3+ years in Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
• CPA certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong consulting and business analysis skills for requirements gathering, fit-gap, CRPs and testing.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to provide cost effective Oracle Financials solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop, test and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Refine requirements and present to the client for approval.
• Identify and address obstacles in product implementation and integration.
• Analyze current systems to identify new requirements and enhancements.
• Develop unit test scripts and coordinate UAT with the client.
• Coordinate with Oracle to resolve service requests.
• Lead phases of the system life cycle: gather requirements, design, CRP, UAT, Go-Live, post-production support.

The Oracle Cloud Financial Consultant will focus on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of Oracle Cloud Financials implementation.The Functional Consultant is expected to have expertise in multiple Oracle Cloud Financial modules.The successful candidate will have completed three or more end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud Financials. This individual will identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles.

Responsibilities:

• Using in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Financials Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost effective solutions to client business scenarios.
• Works collaboratively with project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Clouds solutions.
• Refine customer requirements in detail, document and present to the client for approval
• Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.
• Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary
• Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions
• Work with Oracle to resolve service requests
• Lead and direct the following phases of system life cycle:
• Gather business requirements through business process workshops,
• Analysis, design, configure and development solutions for Oracle Financial applications,
• Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing,
• Go-Live preparation and cut-over support,
• Post-production support

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades
• CPA certification or an equivalent is a plus
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions
• Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements
• Wide range of accounting experiences such as Chart of accounts redesign, proven financial
• reporting experience and MultiOrg / Mutli Currency experience
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Prior experience leading or managing projects
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
• High commitment to exceed performance expectations
• Ability to write functional specification based on user requirements
• Senior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations
• Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Even though this is an individual contributor role, ability to coach / mentor the team is expected.
