Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in Oracle Supply Chain modules.

The ideal candidate should have a strong functional background with approximately 75% Functional and 25% Technical experience, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Mandatory Oracle EBS R12 Modules

• Inventory Management
• Order Management (OM)
• Shipping

The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in both implementation and production/support projects across the above modules.

Secondary Skill

• WMS (Warehouse Management System) - Supporting experience in at least one project is required.

Nice to Have

• Discrete Manufacturing / Quality
• ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning)

Functional Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and analysis
• Business process understanding and mapping
• Functional design and solutioning

• Support for technical fixes related to SCM modules

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of overall Oracle EBS R12 experience
• Strong Oracle EBS R12 SCM background
• Mandatory experience in:
• Order Management
• Shipping
• Implementation + Support experience is mandatory
• WMS support experience in at least one project
• Strong functional orientation (75% Functional / 25% Technical)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Oracle Fusion experience is not mandatory and is only an optional skill
