Oracle EBS WMS Techno-functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Warehouse Management System (WMS) Techno-Functional Consultant with over 5 years of hands‑on expertise in Oracle EBS R12. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional knowledge of WMS, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management processes, coupled with technical skills related to RICE components, troubleshooting, and system integrations. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and support robust WMS solutions that optimize warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and design effective WMS solutions within Oracle EBS R12.
• Configure and support Oracle WMS, Inventory (INV), and related Supply Chain modules.
• Analyze, design, and implement functionalities including: LPN Management, Directed Picking & Putaway, Task Management, Material Movements, Rules Engine (Strategy/Rule Sets), Shipment, Receiving, and Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA).
• Develop and support RICE components—Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions—serving as a techno‑functional resource.
• Implement minor technical enhancements using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher.
• Support barcode integrations, label printing, handheld/mobile solutions, and RF device configurations.
• Perform system testing (SIT/UAT), prepare documentation, and conduct user training on WMS processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional modules such as Order Management (OM), Purchase Orders (PO), Inventory (INV), Shipping, and Costing.
• Collaborate with technical teams for development, deployment, and performance tuning activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS R12 WMS.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and supporting WMS setups, rules, strategies, tasks, LPNs, and MSCA.
• Good functional understanding of Inventory, Order Management, and Purchasing workflows.
• Proven ability to prepare functional documentation (MD050) and review technical documents (MD070).
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports (preferred), BI Publisher, interfaces and data conversions.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting production environments related to WMS.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
