Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in India (Karnataka) seeks an Oracle EBS R-12 Technical Developer with 7+ years of experience to manage order-to-cash processes, design customizations, and integrate EBS with third‑party apps.

You will develop PL/SQL, reports, and interfaces, work with OAF/AOL, and support upgrades. Strong communication and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/R12.2) development experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow, Alerts, and Concurrent Program.
• Experience developing interfaces using APIs, Open Interface Tables, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Knowledge of OAF customization and AOL.
• Familiarity with Oracle Application DBA concepts, patching and deployments.
• Shell scripting and Unix/Linux proficiency; Git version control.

Experience Range: 10–12 years

Role Overview

The consultant will provide technical expertise in Oracle EBS R‑12 ensuring seamless order‑to‑cash processes, system stability, and business alignment. The role requires strong functional knowledge of OM modules combined with hands‑on technical skills to design, customize, and support RICEW/CEMLI components.

Key Responsibilities

• The candidate should have experience in supporting, enhancing, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications
• Must have strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS development, customization, integrations, and reporting
• Must have the ability to work closely with functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle EBS customizations and extensions
• Develop interfaces between Oracle EBS and third‑party applications
• Create and maintain reports using BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and SQL
• Develop custom PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
• Support data conversion and migration activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
• Perform code reviews and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with functional analysts and business users to gather requirements
• Prepare technical design documents and maintain development standards
• Participate in upgrades, patching, and release deployments

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/R12.2) development experience
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and performance tuning
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), Oracle Workflow, Oracle Alerts, and Oracle Concurrent Program.
• Experience developing and supporting interfaces using APIs, Open Interface Tables, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customization and extensions
• Experience with Oracle Application Object Library (AOL)
• Familiarity with Oracle Application DBA concepts, including patching and deployments
• Experience with Shell scripting and Unix/Linux environments
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus

• Experience integrating Oracle EBS with cloud applications
• Exposure to higher education or university environments is preferred
• Oracle EBS certifications are desirable
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
