Job summary

Johnson Controls Ltd. seeks a Senior Oracle EBS R12 Technical Developer to provide expert technical leadership for order‑to‑cash processes. The candidate will design, customize, and support EBS R12 components, ensuring system stability and business alignment.

Responsibilities include building interfaces, BI reports, PL/SQL packages, and data migration support, collaborating with functional teams and handling upgrades and deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12/R12.2) development experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and performance tuning.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), Oracle Workflow, Oracle Alerts, and Oracle Concurrent Program.
• Experience developing and supporting interfaces using APIs, Open Interface Tables, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customization and extensions.
• Experience with Oracle Application Object Library (AOL).
• Familiarity with Oracle Application DBA concepts, including patching and deployments.
• Experience with Shell scripting and Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git

Job Title: Oracle EBS R‑12 Technical developer

Experience Range: 10–12 years

Role Overview

The consultant will provide technical expertise in Oracle EBS R‑12 ensuring seamless order‑to‑cash processes, system stability, and business alignment. The role requires strong functional knowledge of OM modules combined with hands‑on technical skills to design, customize, and support RICEW/CEMLI components.

Key Responsibilities

• The candidate should have experience in supporting, enhancing, and maintaining Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) applications


• Must have strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS development, customization, integrations, and reporting


• Must have the ability to work closely with functional teams to deliver scalable solutions


• Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle EBS customizations and extensions


• Develop interfaces between Oracle EBS and third‑party applications


• Create and maintain reports using BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and SQL


• Develop custom PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
