Job summary

Virtual Connect Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Technical Lead in Maharashtra to drive the design, development, and integration of Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Field Service. You will lead a team of developers, mentor peers, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver robust CX solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in OSC, 5+ years in OFS, and strong skills in REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, and integration architectures.

Qualifications

• OSC with 8+ years experience.
• OFS with 5+ years.
• CPQ 4+ years is a plus.
• Proficient in REST APIs, SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0.
• Strong front-end skills: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams (4-8 members).
• DevOps tools experience (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and customization of OSC and OFS.
• Develop and manage REST/SOAP API integrations with ERP, CRM, and other systems.
• Design technical solutions and integration architecture.
• Configure OFS routing, scheduling, capacity management, and mobility modules.
• Customize OSC workspaces, workflows, rules, and portals.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Manage integrations using OIC.
