Job summary

Hiresquad is seeking an Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Consultant for hybrid work in Hyderabad. You will design, implement, and support Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions with strong techno-functional expertise and lead integrations with CRM and ERP systems to streamline processes.

The role demands 6–12 years of IT experience, at least two end-to-end CPQ Cloud implementations, and deep knowledge of Commerce, Configuration, and Integration modules.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of IT experience with hands-on Oracle CPQ expertise.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong experience in Oracle CPQ Commerce, Configuration, and Integration modules.
• Expertise in Oracle CPQ integrations with CRM/ERP applications.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in global delivery and distributed team environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions with techno-functional expertise.
• Lead Oracle CPQ integrations with CRM and ERP systems for seamless business processes.
• Configure and manage the Commerce Module, including steps, actions, formulas, and integrations.
• Handle BOM mapping, configuration rules, product modeling, and system configuration.
• Manage bulk data uploads, File Manager, user/group administration, code migration, CSS customization, and FTP.
• Develop and maintain XSL templates for integration mappings, proposals, and page styling.
• Analyze business requirements and provide optimal product fitment and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using ServiceNow, Jira, or Rally.
