Job summary

Kastech is seeking a senior Oracle Cloud PPM Lead to drive design, implementation and governance for costing, billing, control and foundation across projects in Hyderabad. You will own the PPM workstream architecture, mentor functional consultants, and lead fit-gap analysis with senior stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong project accounting knowledge, and a track record of delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations with complex integrations and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive Oracle Cloud PPM implementation experience with at least one lead role.
• Deep expertise in Project Costing, Billing, Control and Contracts.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition and burdening.
• Proven leadership in teams and full lifecycle ERP projects.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and solution-design skills.
