Job Description
As an Oracle Cloud Technical Architect at Peloton, you will lead the technical architecture and ensure the overall quality of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between functional teams, client IT stakeholders, and delivery teams, driving design decisions, development standards, and successful delivery across complex, multi‑pillar implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and other HCM modules.
- Provide technical expertise for system integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and other enterprise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Provide technical expertise for data conversion and mapping between legacy systems and Oracle HCM cloud business objects.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand current state processes and develop future‑state recommendations for technical solutions based on Oracle’s best business practices.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to provide guidance during data validation, system integration testing (SIT), and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM dashboards.
- Develop and maintain fast formulas and extensions using Oracle Application Framework and Visual Builder Cloud Services; customize Redwood VBS pages.
- Recommend roadmaps to close performance gaps and develop high‑level implementation plans.
- Define new and refine existing business processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.
Required Experience & Skills
- BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience in HCM.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 2 to 3 full‑cycle Cloud implementations involving complex integration strategies.
- Strong domain background in Core HR and Payroll; additional modules and migration experience from Oracle on‑prem HCM to Cloud is a plus.
- Strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Fast Formulas.
- Hands‑on experience with REST and SOAP APIs, PaaS extensions, and data migration tools. Redwood experience is a plus.
- Strong technical foundation in SQL, PL/SQL, and Web Services.
- Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply them to technology.
- Ability to delegate technical build requirements and oversee offshore/nearshore resources to complete multiple technical workstreams.
- Support presales technical design scope and recommended approach.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration in a matrixed organization.

- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients.
