As an Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Consultant, you will support the delivery of transformational projects by assisting in the configuration, testing, and documentation of Oracle Cloud solutions. You will work closely with senior leads to translate client business needs into functional reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Lead Oracle Report consultant for the Oracle Cloud ERP team supporting Financials: General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Cash Management.
• Follow Oracle BI development best practices for BIAPPS.
• Create Reports and Forms – develop Oracle BI Reports with cross subject areas/functional area analysis.
• Build Oracle BIP reports, Answers, Analysis reports and other reports using data models.
• Develop or customize reports using BI templates.
• Work with Oracle BI security model.
• Create Financial Reporting Studio Reports.
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of 6 to 8 report developers.
• Assist with application documentation.

Required Experience & Skills

• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle BI Report Development or Oracle Technical experience with at least 4 years in Oracle Fusion/ERP Cloud and/or HCM Cloud.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of reporting resources.
• Experience building Oracle BIP reports, Analysis reports, and reports using data models.
• Strong understanding of Oracle BI development best practices for BIAPPS and experience working in Oracle Financial Modules (AR, AP, GL, Cash Management, Fixed Assets) and/or HCM Cloud modules.
• Experience developing or customizing reports using BI templates.
• Strong knowledge of writing SQL queries using Oracle Financial database tables.
• Oracle BI Publisher experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑player mindset.

Additional Desired Skills

• Experience with Oracle BI security model.
• Knowledge or experience in Oracle Supply Chain and Oracle CRM is a big plus.
