Role

Peloton is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to play a key role in a high-growth practice area. This is a strategic, hands‑on role responsible for leading end‑to‑end solution design and guiding clients through complex HCM transformations using Oracle Cloud.

As a Solution Architect, you will partner with business and IT stakeholders to define future‑state architectures, align business processes with Oracle leading practices, and ensure scalable, high‑quality solution delivery across the HCM suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of a client’s current state process and develop future state recommendations based on Oracle’s best business practices.
• Recommend roadmaps to close performance gaps and develop high‑level implementation plans.
• Gather and analyze benefits and open enrollment requirements.
• Align business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution.
• Define new and refine existing business processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.

Required Experience & Skills

• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree or experience in HCM.
• Overall 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 2–3 years in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Payroll, ORC, and OTL.
• Minimum of 2–3 modules and cross‑module knowledge.
• Experience in writing configuration workbooks and understanding application implementation methodology.
• Experience with either development or reviewing fast formulas is a plus.
• Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply to technology.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients.
