Job summary

Peloton Consulting Group is seeking an Oracle Cloud PPM/Projects Lead to drive end-to-end implementations, focusing on project financials, governance, and delivery operations. You will partner with stakeholders to define processes and design scalable solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud best practices.

Requirements include 8 to 16 years of Oracle Projects experience, hands-on implementations in Oracle Cloud/Fusion, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree.
• 8 to 16 years of experience in Oracle Projects (Oracle PPM Cloud).
• Minimum of 2 end to end implementations in Oracle Cloud/Fusion.
• Hands on implementation experience in Oracle Projects, Oracle Project Contracts, Project Accounting, Project Billing and Project Costing.
• Knowledge in Project Costing is a must.
• Experience or strong knowledge on how the Oracle Projects Modules integrate with other ERP cloud modules.
• Hands on implementation experience in Oracle Financials Modules.
• Experience or knowledge in Oracle Cloud BI reports will be a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onshore/offshore model.

As a Oracle Cloud ERP PPM/Projects Lead, you will lead the delivery of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud solutions, helping clients transform project financial management, delivery operations, and governance. You will partner with business stakeholders to define project-centric processes, design scalable solutions, and lead end-to-end implementations aligned to Oracle Cloud leading practices. This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle Project Financials and strong integration knowledge across Financials, Procurement, and other enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:
