Job summary

Cerebra is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Support Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad/Bangalore. The role focuses on providing functional support across multiple HCM Cloud modules, handling incidents, RCA, and client-facing activities.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years total experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, strong module expertise, and experience with integrations and ITIL-based processes. Short notice candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years total experience with Oracle Cloud HCM exposure.
• Expertise in at least 3 Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Performance, Talent, or Compensation.
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud support and implementation projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Experience with third‑party integrations and ITIL based Incident, Problem, Release and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve functional issues and provide effective solutions.

Oracle Cloud HCM Support Consultant
Experience: 57 years relevant experience / 6–8 years overall
Location: Bangalore /Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• Work on at least 3 Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Performance, Goals, Talent, Compensation, or Benefits.
• Handle Oracle HCM Cloud support and implementation activities.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues and provide effective solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures.
• Support third-party integrations and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
• Coordinate directly with clients and business stakeholders.
• Manage incidents, problems, releases, and changes following ITIL processes.
• Analyze Oracle quarterly updates/patches and assess their impact.
• Perform regression testing after quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
• Support production issues and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Prepare functional documentation, issue analysis, and support-related reports.
• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
