Job summary

Hiresquad is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Lead with expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to drive end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations for a leading MNC in Bangalore. The role requires 6+ years of HCM experience and hands-on experience in ORC and Core HR modules.

Hybrid work mode with Pan India coverage is available, with travel as needed. Immediate joiners preferred to support rapid deployment and client workshops.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HCM domain experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR and ORC modules.
• Indepth understanding of HCM Cloud processes and data flow.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and client management skills.
• Proven leadership with planning, mentoring and follow-up capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead & deliver HCM Cloud implementations across the hire-to-retire cycle.
• Provide expert support in Core HR & ORC modules.
• Conduct workshops, design, configuration, testing & go-live activities.
• Collaborate with clients & cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
