• Strong expertise in Oracle Apps R12 Technical Architecture
• Advanced PL/SQL development (Packages, Procedures, Functions, Database Objects)
• Experience in Data Conversion, Data Migration, and Data Validation during Oracle implementations
• Hands-on experience with Interfaces, APIs, Conversions, and Integrations in Oracle EBS R12
• Strong experience with XML Publisher (BI Publisher) and Oracle Reports
• Experience in Oracle Workflow customization and support
• At least one end-to-end Oracle R12 implementation or support project
